Sorry SM, but you have completely lost my trust. I know the postal service is totally inept, but SM needs to bear some of the blame since I believe they are marking the shipments with wrong tracking numbers and their customer service is dismal. At first the deliveries took a week or so, but between Thanksgiving and mid January, multiple orders have been "lost by the postal service", shown as arriving in Tulsa or Jamaica NY (I'm in Chicago). The next 10 purchased were 2 to 5 grams of gold per week. That took 6 weeks, and I understood that going in. My first purchase was a Kilogram of silver.
I've purchased gold and silver on a weekly basis from Scottsdale Mint every week for the last 4 months.
